History

Development Milestones

From the original team entering the dental industry, to establishing a national DTC operation center, to the layout of multiple brands, production bases and overseas markets, YAGU has continuously advanced the internet-based transformation of dental healthcare.

2017-2020The founding team established the original parent company Shenzhen Give Technology Co., Ltd., entered the dental industry, launched the Nicesmile clear aligner brand, built an integrated online-offline operation model, and opened the first Nicesmile offline experience store.

2021-2022YAGU Biotechnology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. was established, and the national DTC operation center was founded.

2022-2024Integrated and launched multiple DTC clear aligner brands: Nicesmile, Ronger, Xuehuacai, Tongqu Yinhu, Tianqi Meiya, DWZZD; established Nicesmile Dental Clinic, created the "New Dentistry" and "Light Dentistry" operation models, and deployed a modern production system across 3 clear aligner production bases nationwide; products cover the domestic market and are sold to countries and regions including the United States, Canada, Australia, Spain, Germany, France, South Korea, and Japan.

2024-2025Established the Shenzhen Design Center and Foreign Trade Division.
