Job Description
- Assist dentists with pre-treatment preparation, clinical assistance, instrument delivery, post-treatment cleaning and disinfection management.
- Be responsible for patient reception, aligner wear instruction, recall reminders and basic follow-up visits, to maintain a high-quality clinic service experience.
- Assist in organizing case records, clinical photos, intraoral scan files and delivery records, ensuring complete and traceable documentation.
Job Requirements
- Nursing-related major is preferred; candidates with a nurse qualification certificate or dental clinic work experience are prioritized.
- Strong service awareness, patient and meticulous communication skills, and ability to adapt to the pace of clinic work.
- Familiar with basic disinfection and isolation protocols, and willing to learn workflows related to clear aligner orthodontic treatment.
